Born and raised in New York, Dan Choi always carried an entrepreneurial spirit. After working in the City, he set out to backpack across the world. His travels eventually brought him to Vietnam, where he grew close to the culture and people. After consulting with locals, he envisioned a way to create ethical opportunities while building something meaningful.
